Recognizing a growing desire among members to meet in person, Lilly spearheaded the planning and execution of a multi-state, cross-border gathering in Atlanta, Georgia. This event brought together participants from California, Washington, Nebraska, Virginia, Georgia, and Canada, transforming an idea into a well-structured, memorable experience.

From inception to execution, Lilly managed all aspects of logistics, including travel coordination, lodging arrangements, and adherence to complex COVID-19 federal, state, and international protocols. Her meticulous planning ensured a seamless experience, allowing attendees to focus on connecting rather than logistical hurdles.

Beyond travel coordination, Lilly curated an itinerary tailored to the group's interests—balancing exploration with meaningful social interactions. With an emphasis on fostering intimate, relaxed engagements, she researched and presented a range of activity options, secured reservations, and structured a schedule that maximized enjoyment while minimizing travel fatigue.

Understanding the group’s desire for a tangible memento of their bond, Lilly took the initiative to design, source, and produce custom merchandise. A simple yet symbolic hoodie became a cherished keepsake, reinforcing the sense of community among attendees.
